Analytical Chemistry Publishes Research by Nathalie Agar, Ph.D., on Mass Spectrometry Imaging of Meningiomas

October 2007 -  Analytical Chemistry has published the latest research from BSF investigator Dr. Nathalie Agar on the application of mass spectrometry imaging (MSI) to improve the diagnosis and treatment of meningiomas. Dr. Agar has developed an improved way to prepare tissue samples that does not damage the tissue, thus allowing doctors to better assess the nature of each patient’s unique histology, which then enables them to design a treatment that is most appropriate on an individualized basis.
