Breakfast/Lunch at the Brigham

In 2009, the BSF launched a new educational event series that aims to bridge the gap between the medical research community and lay public. The BSF’s “Breakfast / Lunch at the Brigham” provides BSF members with the chance to connect with clinicians and researchers over the latest scientific findings across BSF funded research projects as well as other neurooncology research initiatives happening within Brigham and Women’s Hospital (BWH) Department of Neurosurgery.

Each quarter, friends of the BSF are invited to BWH for breakfast and a lecture from a top researcher from the BWH and/or affiliates Children’s Hospital-Boston and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. The intimate sessions allow plenty of time for questions and networking with faculty and hospital leadership.
